  9 giugno 2017, abbiamo portato una fede (anello in oro) da Ciofi in Piazza Lemmetti. Lo scopo era quello di lucidare e pulire l'anello. La signora verbalmente ci ha informati che il prezzo per questo servizio è di circa 5 a 6 euro (un prezzo molto ragionevole). Senza pensare due volte, le ho lasciato l'anello, il mio numero di telefono e informazioni. Ci hanno informati che 2 giorni dopo avremmo ricevuto una chiamata per ritirare l'anello. 11 giugno, abbiamo ricevuto la chiamata come previsto. Siamo tornati al negozio, ci hanno mostrato l'anello avendo pure fatto un buon lavoro, MA CHIESTO DI PAGARE 20EURO!! 4 volte il prezzo originale. Il motivo era che hanno dovuto lucidarlo 4-5 volte, questo è inaccettabile! A 4 volte il prezzo, dovrebbero chiamarmi per informarmi la differenza del prezzo...... Esperienza orribile e un brutto modo di fare business... Inoltre, ho amici nella zona di Camaiore, mi hanno detto la stessa cosa è successa a loro! Vengono informati di un prezzo e poi arrivano a pagare il doppio se non di piu'! Non posso consigliare questo posto a nessuno, non si trattano cosi i clienti... Se proprio dovete comprare o far aggiustare gioielli da Ciofi, fatevi comunicare i prezzi da scritto! Ciao --- On June 9th, 2017 we brought a wedding ring to Ciofi in Piazza Lemmetti. The purpose was to polish and clean the ring. The lady verbally informed us that the price for this service is around 5 to 6 Euros (which is very reasonable). Without thinking twice, i left them the ring, my phone number and info. They informed us that 2 days later we'd receive a call to pick up the ring. June 11th, we received the call as expected. We went back to the store, they showed us the ring and they did a good job but they asked us to pay 20Euros. 4 times the original price. The reason was that they had to polish it 4-5 times, this is unacceptable! At 4 times the price, they should call me to inform me about the price difference...... Horrible experience and a bad way to do business... Furthermore, I have friends in the Area of Camaiore, they told me the same thing happened to them! And this is what motivates me to leave this bad review... I can't recommend this place to anyone, you can't TRICK your clients this way! If you really MUST buy or get jewelry fixed make sure you get the price written down clearly... CIAO
